Connecting The Printer And Macbook To The Network

  • Generally, the configured settings on your modem or router will be restored to default when you reset it.

  • Reconnecting the printer and your MacBook to the same wireless network is a quick way to fix this problem.

  • If a confirmation dialog box opens, click Reset in it.

  • Open the HP Smart app. Ensure that your printer is selected correctly.
  • Now, click on Printers > Diagnose & Fix.
